- Athletes must meet age, health, and eligibility criteria defined by KSL
- KSL reserves the right to accept or reject any registration
3. Athlete Participation
- Participation in KSL events:
- Is voluntary
- Requires accurate information submission
- Requires adherence to league rules and conduct guidelines
Providing false information may result in disqualification.
4. Code of Conduct
All users and athletes must:
- Respect officials, opponents, and staff
- Avoid abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour
- Follow event rules and instructions
Violation may lead to suspension or removal.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the KSL platform, including:
- Logos
- Text
- Videos
- Graphics
- Event footage
Is the property of Kickboxing Super League and may not be used without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
KSL is not liable for:
- Injuries sustained during training or competition
- Loss of personal belongings at events
- Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances
Participation is at the individual’s own risk.
7. Changes to Events
KSL reserves the right to:
- Modify schedules
- Change formats
- Cancel or postpone events
Due to operational, safety, or regulatory reasons.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
